  1. Voice – Friendly, authentic, and conversational (you’ll read it as a fellow
    explorer).
    Structure:
    Title (max 70 characters)
  2. Images – Use your own photos or royalty‑free images (CC‑BY, Unsplash, Pexels).
    Include an alt‑text description for accessibility.
  3. Citations – Link to reputable sources for facts, studies, or quotations.
  4. SEO basics: Include the main keyword in the title and first paragraph.
  5. Use descriptive meta‑description (≈150 characters). Keep sentences under 20 words where possible.

📑 Submission Checklist (for the final draft)

  • Word count ≥ 800 (preferably 1 200).
  • All images have proper attribution & alt‑text.
  • No plagiarised or AI‑only content – if AI‑generated, it must be heavily edited and fact‑checked.
  • Contains a short author bio (2‑3 sentences) with a link to your site/profile.
  • Proofread for grammar, spelling, and readability (≤ 3 sentences per paragraph).

  1. Original, high‑quality content – No duplicated text, no copyrighted material
    without permission.
  2. No deceptive ads – Do not embed affiliate banners inside the article body;
    keep ads (once we add them) separate from editorial content.
  3. Respectful language – No hate speech, harassment, or adult‑only material.
  4. Transparency – If you reference products or services, disclose any affiliation.

These rules keep the site compliant with Google AdSense requirements ¹ and protect the readers’ experience.
